WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY?

We only accept exchanges for sizing. All requests are carefully reviewed by our team. Kindly send your exchange requests to info@ameliasleepwear.com.

 

Please note:

·      We only accept requests made within 7 days from date the buyer has received the parcel.

·      All items returned must not be worn, washed or altered - Amelia tag must be intact.

·      Shipping fee back to Amelia HQ will be shouldered by the buyer. Shipping fee back to the buyer will also be shouldered by the buyer.

·      All sale items are marked as non-returnable. Therefore, sale items cannot be exchanged.

·      All items for exchange will be processed and shipped a week after.
